BBTAG isn't a terrible game, but it certainly isnt a good game. Especially for how expensive it is ($50 for basic edition wtf)

$50 is expensive? I mean gaming in general isn't a very cheap hobby so that seems pretty inexpensive to me

To be fair, while I don't think it's unreasonable, the game is for the most part them reusing assets. Adding onto that there's the amount of characters that were leaked as DLC before the game even dropped. So charging near full price for a game that's missing half it's roster is a little bit of a hard sell. Granted having a starting roster of 40 characters is more than most fighters have. If I wasn't a die-hard arksys fanboy I'd probably be feeling the same way.

BBTAG is an excuse for ASW to reuse old resources. Like putting your old junk out for a yard sell.

Well I mean reused assets for a full priced 2D fighter isn't exactly a new practice. Definitely not anything ASW invented. :u

Oh you're not wrong at all. Plenty of games have done it. I think what really just cemented Cross Tag's issue was the leak plus the coverage this one got. Since ArkSys got into the spotlight over FighterZ blowing up.
