I feel bad for anybody who actually believes that because think of all the times children get ahold of guns or people are dumb enough to joke and point them at their friends. By your comment they are retarded for pointing a gun and not shooting because you did not specify further than that. Therefore if a child picks up a gun and points it at his dad and is having fun then that child is a retard for not shooting his father.
