#1k69 How does one find them selves. Like I know what I wanna do in the broad area but not the small detailed wise. I feel at an incredible loss right now and very blank. I’ve always had problems with a sense of self and how I wanna be but what I am right now just feels like a big nothing and a built up perception that’s hollow inside. I’m unsure with life right now, and unsure with everything in between

^tips: 1. observe your daily actions.. maintaining a personal journal would be a nice idea. 2. deep meditation helps a lot! 3. search for knowledge out there, in whichever field you are interested.. the more knowledge you have the more tools you have to crack open yourself 4. talk with intelligent people, it helps a lot to know their view on things. 5. listen to inspirational talks or TED talks.
