Shineskai Yori is without a doubt great. I am throwing my vote in for rainbow Nisha or phantom requiem.

Never heard of shinsekai yori (From the new world), but I must watch it now. Edit: WAIT! I forgot I have the first volume of it. Figures I didn't remember it, I only knew its English name. Time to binge read :D I guess underrated, for me, Shion no Ou. https://myanimelist.net/anime/2562/Shion_no_Ou I enjoyed it, but not many know of it. It's one of those "under the radar" anime.

Master Keaton. If you like Naoki Urasawa's work (20th Century Boys, Monster, Pluto, etc.) it's definitely worth the watch and a personal favourite of mine. I would've also said Monster but it's still talked about or at least mentioned every now and then so I won't bother since MK is never mentioned nor talked about from what I've seen.

Itsudatte Bokura no Koi wa 10 cm Datta(Our love has always been 10 centimeters apart). Only 6 episodes, didn't expect much but it was really good and ending was beautiful.

Hanayamata is great! It's a lot of fun to watch an anime like Hanayamata.

Mushi shi is my favorite animated series. Unless you enter an anime nerd community it really doesn't seem to get enough recognition. It is a great anime. Much better than Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, One Piece, and all of THOSE animes…
