Anyone interested in role playing?

I roleplay all the time on Discord! I have been roleplaying often since 2004, but doing something resembling rp my entire life.

@Beherit: Personally I like it because it's a challenge to one's creativity. You have a character you play who in most cases is entirely unlike yourself. You have to get inside the mindset of that character, and do your best to bring that character to life, so to speak. It's not always easy.

What I meant was RPing outside of the context of a video game like Skyrim or a pen & paper RPG game like D&D? Same logic?...

It's the same logic. Think of it like an acting challenge, or a creative writing challenge. It's harder to write a story in tandem with someone than it is to write alone, in most cases.
