Tfw you can’t sleep

Lots of things can keep you awake. I would suggest not placing yourself infront of any tv, laptop, computer, or phone screens at any time for two hours before you plan to go to bed, because let's face it. All those flashy attention grabbing features, commercials, games, and stuff tend to keep you mentally engaged.

One of things I started doing was to have the same routine for 5 to 10 minutes, including a breathing pattern when I lay down before bed and I think that helps signal my body its time. If my mind is racing or focused on a couplr things, I write them down because I think it helps process, but also my notes will be there in the morning so that I dont worry anout forgetting and brings me a little peace of mind. And then I try to imagine a happy place in the world that I would be extra comfortable and cozy~~ Hope something helps ya maid.
