True, but then you have the SuperMutants of Vault 87 that caused trouble for the Capital Wastland. Oh okie I see now, I misunderstood. Yea I agree. Settlement building was just meh to me and while I had fun at times, it felt empty

Yup totally agree, not alot of unique npc interactions, most were just from settlements and were all the same. Gotta love the Atom Cats tho

I kinda hated that they took out some player choice in Fallout 4, I love the Brotherhood, but felt like it could've ended better.
