Why women should take risks and responsibility

Too much to read, can one of you guys give me the short version of what I've missed? To answer the 2 paragraphs I DID read on page 1, I dont think its a problem when the girl is the one to confess o.o Its cute, I make fun of it and have a laugh with the girl. Nothing wrong with it.

There are plenty of women who will make fun of a guy for asking them out. It's not just a girl issue. Again, That's a Asshole trait, not a man, or woman societal trait. Most men love it when girls flirt with them or hit on them. As a man I know this. I talk to men, I am a man. I know what men Like. Putting people down is anything but universally male, therefore, it is not a female/male issue, it is a person issue. Golden, You'd have a point there. IF, that the risk taking, stopped at dating. It doesn't however, Another reason for instance, the wage gap, is because statistically speaking, men ask for raises far more often. No one is telling women no to go after raises. Men were hunters back in the cave men days. Therefore, they took more risks. Common sense. It's evolution. Gender Roles are all but extinct. My mother, who is fifty, Was a slutty partygirl(Nothing against either of those things, I love that slutty partygirl.), She also became a cancer researcher. So it's not like it hindered her experience in the workforce, And that was thirty YEARS ago. Her father was the most catholic christian you'd ever meet, went to church every day, super strict. So you can bet your ass he didn't approve. But that's the things about parents. You don't need to listen to them when you're an adult. They don't control your entire life. Men are taller than women on average? Correct. Men's muscle is 20% denser? Correct. Men are more inclined to Aggressive behavior? Correct. Men are more inclined to Confidence and risk taking? Correct. It's just in the statistics, it's biology. Society doesn't shape people, People shape society. Sure it's effects it(Like ever since feminism started in the 1960's did you know women's happiness has been going down about a percent per year? Yep. Just a fun fact. Or maybe it's the 80s... forget the correct starting point.), But it does in no way hinder them. Also the final point. Gender Roles aren't a bad thing. I think they're actually a good thing. Mostly because ever since we've dissembled them more and more, We've been getting more kids without parents, and children with single parents. Single parent homes having 60-80% more likelihood of making criminals.Which in turn makes MORE violent crime and gives more mental illnesses, such as depression is also more likely(Hello school shooters.). That's ignoring the 60% divorce rate, that's only climbing. Everything has their pro's and con's, I'm glad women have more freedom now compared to the 50-60s. However the cons are noticeable as well. TL;DR- Men and Women are different Biologically, That means mentally as well as physically. And that's okay.

I dont know if anyone ever said there was an issue with gender roles. Or if anyone was even talking about that...Or if... Anyones arguing with you on the signifigance or existence of gender roles... But yes Leo... Gender roles are fine. I never said that guys were the only ones who liked to shit talk people after rejecting them; I said that it is a reason why girls choose not to put their neck out like that. It is also a reason why guys dont wannt put their neck out either. While we're on it about guys AND girls...I kinda found it funny that this thread was posted on this website of all places where like.... A great majority of guys exhibit this "Defective" behavior. Its a guy AND a girl thing. Most of the guys I come across are either jocky or quiet and shy..And...Scared. Well, anyway... To be honest I dont know what you're trying to discuss... Alright John you will be the final person I address. It is perfectly fine for that man to have zero chance of being approached; he is not entitled to it. I dunno if it was here…Probably was but I said already… I mean you should know. People will always do what they want to do. If the guy is not approached, girl didn’t want him bad enough, that’s all it is. Its okay. You have to understand the weight on both parties envolved not just one. Why even not include the female in your example here. Like I said…There was never really a problem to be solved or addressed in the first place.
