it is where you can watch media with multiple people at the same time. +chat + face cam + voice. You can disable cam and voice

it basically acts as a shared browser, and from the browser you can find media sharing sites and other things.

This makes me curious, if this is a legal service, could I stream media content while twitch streaming? Because typically that answer is no.
