i only skimmed your post (im lazy im sorry) but as far as the racism bit goes i don't think we can necessarily help out biases and perception and the fact that you can separate yourself from that and use rationality to compartmentalize those feelings so you can see things how they really are is impressive and what we all should strive for opinions, biases, and perceptions are all things we cant help in life, so don't worry too much about those feelings, just keep in mind what they are
