Vent

After about a month of exercise and still struggling to hit numbers i did almost 3 years ago. Decided to give prework out a try. Was kind of against prework out seeing as i usally like hopping into a work out at random, and i woukd have to wait or risk cramping if i took prework out. But at this rate i wont pass my fitness test. Struggled to do 42 sit ups . Let alone in a minute. I refuse to fail.

Feel my sleep hygiene has a part to play in me feeling so tired and not having enough energy.....that and the fact i used to work out right after waking up opposed to after work or at 5 pm

@draig never i have only worked out at 7 am just as i woke up because 1. i wont be tired from work and 2. The sun=heat Idk what it is but imma keep at it until i hit my mark

@lilyyazawa Drink some hot calming tea. Lemon ginger tea by Twinning helps me well.

@sobo275 I appreciate the apology, however I don’t appreciate making a public spectacle out of this, you easily could have DMed me. Anyway like I said before I’m not gonna change who I am just because someone doesn’t like me, but I won’t bother with you anymore since you find me ‘annoying’. I wouldn’t mind closing my account though if many people do feel the same way, because for me this is just fun, but for others they need this site to live (I know I know sounds dramatic but think of all the good this site does for people.) Would rather have not replied at all but then I’d feel like an asshole.
