i think whats so important about not conceding 'jacob shouldn't have reached into his car' is the fact that that would allow for an scary president to be made he did not have a weapon on him, nor was there one in the car he was not under arrest the cops were not called on there for him cops are not the judge, jury, and executioner. if those police officers could not defuse the situation they should not have been in that situation. period. he was not resisting arrest, the cops had guns pulled on a civilian and shot a civilian 7 times because that person was exercising their American right to walk away from the police. this is why we can not accept that he 'should not have been reaching into his car'

Cops were definetly un suited to do the work, If they had reason to believe he did something wrong then they should have tackled him or summthing.

they need better training and to be inside these communities that theyr policing so they dont see them as the enemies its fine for a cop to have 'this person might have a weapon' in the back of their mind, but not the forefront
