There's this fucking kid who has been on the phone sitting there ever since I showed up at work, and he isn't even talking much... wtf is up with that? Hey kid, get off the phone!

Why is the customer always right? even when they are assholes who start shit just cause they cant get their way, then when they still wont get their way they call corporate acting like that will do something. OMG they made a ticket on it gave me your number and asked if i would apologize to you. No im not going to call and say sorry because i told you no, (in the nicest way possible) and continued to just sit here and let you bitch at me while listening and saying sorry i cant change the policy... Why are people so dumb and self serving, thinking they will get what they want if they throw a temper tantrum.
