the military industrial complex i think its pretty cut and dry that they do some very fucked up things, but the soldiers have 0 to do with that and id argue government spending affects the people

Ehhh lamby thats pretty vague tbh, not exactly sure what you are trying to pinpoint here. Yes due to budget and such alot of stuff gets neglected. The focus is manpower, and making things stretch. Like our naval ships being used long after their expectancy. Ships rusting after years of use they have to maintain them as long as possible like til its basically falling apart. But its because alot of these things are billion dollar equipment. Between paying for the soldiers, and jets, and tanks and ships, some compromises must be made. Can we afford to be funded a bit more? Maybe, but thats not my choice to make

this could be a discussion on its own if you wanted to have it, though ill admit my knowledge of that is somewhat limited my main point being i hope when people complain about the military you may see they may not mean you and the other citizens risking their lives to protect us, but system as a whole

German politic is more left than ever. They are very anti-military. We have been called murderer and nazi by our own citizens. In some location it is even worst, Soldiers mustn't wear their uniform in public, because they would be attacked. I somehow envy and admire the United States, for their appreciation for their soldiers.

cant really blame them for being so left after what being alt right did to them xD i agree though that their freedom of speech is so limited its sad, but there is a type of logic behind it i guess?

@bruce yeah like im sure some places the military is hated, especially in dictatorship styled locations. Alot of the military officials are corrupt and stuff not to say that we are free from that. I think our military is good rn the way it is. Maybe a thing here or there could change. But its mainly just to make our lives easier it doesnt affect the normal population

I'm sick of how difficult humans make being with each other. I met a girl, and we started dating. Was honest with her completely, and laid out all of the cards because I told her I was sick of wasting time, and getting broken up with once something of mine came up later which would cause a break up. A few years later she suddenly has an issue with my taste in anime (ecchi) that she claimed to be into when we met. I get labeled the bad guy by her. I don't think I need to go into detail but this is definitely stressing me out, and aggravating me. But there's not really much I can do. In a relationship the one who breaks up, and walks away has all the power regardless if they are right, or not. Because the one who loves the other more is the one who would never do the breaking up to begin with; Therefore is going to have to be the one to apologize. Thanks for creating a place to drop random rants. Much appreciated. TL:DR Was dumped over ecchi anime after years of being with someone despite telling them about it on the first date.
