I was invited by a person who had a membership to work out. So I sort of figured get a session in. Well I was doing pull ups with a weight strapped to myself and not really sure that wasn't allowed.
The second time was same circumstances, different person. They had this stupid bench press machine that only went up to 230 lbs. Well I figured get a large volume in. On the 21st rep they sounded the alarm, scared the crap out of me since I was right under it and I was escorted out.
