Final Fantasy 7 Remake

What are your opinions about Final Fantasy VI Remake? Do you guys think the game will follow the original game or will it have some add-ons?

I can't wait for it!!! Kingdom Hearts 3 and FF7R is my JAM! I'm sure they'll follow the original pretty closely, but with respectively more content and add-ons then the original. And I'm COMPLETELY okay with that, bring on that juicy story! * O*)/

FF7 is my favorite video game of all time. I'm immensely looking forward to the remake, and I've followed closely with news surrounding its development. As far as what we've seen, I'm excited but I'm also concerned given the recent history and track record of Square Enix and their games.

I'd rather they remade VI since it had the better story, characters, and overall was the better game. However I have a feeling that the changes they will make in the remake of VII will turn off fans of the original.

I wish they'd do another Crystal Chronicles based off of the gamecube one. That's my favorite spin-off. Didn't really like the "sequels" too much. Multiplayer would be a lot easier now a days too rather than having to buy four cables and four gbas. /sigh
