What are your take on love?

every experience is a learning experience, something to grow and improve from so yeah, i think its better to have love and lost, than to never have loved at all ONLY because you learn from the pain otherwise fuck that shit >w>

Yeah I agree with Lamby, can't really say I regret anything because of the simple fact that I learned from those experiences. They were just one of the many experiences in my life that kinda helped me discover just who I am exactly as a person and what I want in life. I'd regret not having experience with love at all for sure.

I learned from being "in love", so that I could learn "to love". Though feelings may be quelled, my heart of hearts will never cease and that is my solemn vowe. Love is not what is felt, it is what is done.

Both are equally bad imo. On one hand you never know what love is and long for it. The other hand you experienced it and had it slip out your hands....what i believe is with every break up the person takes a part of you with them and thats why you feel so crushed when it happens, you're giving them your heart and when you get hurt that pain always stays with you. So either way you're hurt equally as bad. If you never find love you probably think its cuz your not good enough for it and if you lose it you blame yourself and/or build walls around yourself

In my opinion, it's better to have loved and lost. Breakups are painful, but that kind of thing makes you a stronger person in the long run. Of course, there's going to be some people who refuse to let go and not learn anything from the experience. However, if you allow yourself to learn from the pain, you'll end up growing as a person. God knows I did.
