You can follow a bunch of people who like the same anime as u or something and if they follow back then you got your self friends!

I don't have this problem. Before, I used Internet mainly to read or watch various stuff rather than talk with friends. In recent years, I suddenly found talking to certain people can also broaden my horizons, enrich my knowledge, force me to improve myself, so I spend more time responding to their messages, however at times I need some time to recharge my battery...so I stop to talk to all ...This is a bad habit....I am getting out of it...
