Your Favorite Music Genre/Bands

I have to say it, but I don't get the rap hype... Like, I can stand the beats to it sometimes cuz, ya know, it makes ya wanna move or whatever, but ... the sound coming from their mouths makes me wanna ... TOTALLY SHANK SOMEBODY >_< Why is it awesome... I need some splaining...

I love a lot of music, but I cant seem to get into J-pop. Love going to local shows, etc. Favorite bands are: Old AFI HIM Escape the Fate Buckcherry and soooo many more

I listen to country, pop, some hip hop though not very much of it, alternative rock, metal, jpop/jrock. I also love the soundtracks to the broadway shows Wicked and Rent. If it sounds good, I'll give it a chance.

I try, ya know, lol. Even listen to the bubblegum variety sometimes cuz... it's retarded, haha. Like chicken noodle soup..WTF?!?! But I just can't do it, lol. Oh and I made a topic for network thingies cuz... it was awesome *points* and HolyCarrot, you should totally try listening to Ayumi Hamasaki...she's cute AND her music is awesome **nods** **nods**

I think she did several songs for it... but I can't completely recall, lol. I own so many Yumi songs/cds that is' like..BRAIN SPLOSION!! Lol, but I know she did at least an opening theme.<BR> She has this really awesome techno mix called ayu-mix-6 in 2 colors silver and gold.. Totally worth a listen!
