No that is called vasectomy. Cauterization is when a blood vessed in your nostrils that is weak and bursts alot gets burned, so that a blister could form and after the blister heals, the blood vessel is usually shut and does not burst. (Well its not permanent. It works for me for like a month max :/) I get nosebleeds alot, and I got one yesterday aswell
