Could you recommend me any jrpg/rpg game on this console? I will get with this The Legend of Zelda: Majora Mask, so anything except this.

No, this will be my first time with that kind of console. Of course, I had got PSP, but this is something else. On PSP I only played God of War, LocoRoco and Patapons. Now I want some jrpgs/rpgs (cause I am maniac about this kind of games :D ). New console - New games :).

Omori is a promising-looking rpg for the 3ds, but there were problems as they were working on it (I think they lost most of their work by some malfunction with their saved data?) So there's no set release date even though it's been years since the trailers and gameplay were released.

The World Ends With You is one of the most underrated/overlooked gems the ds lite line had to offer. The music is funky and varies greatly, the art style is unique, and the gameplay still is pretty creative in my opinion!
Dragon Quest IX is the first and only Dragon Quest game I've played, but it's easily one of my favorite ds games! The character customization makes it fun to design your party members after your friends or favorite characters, and there's memorable outfit choices like a pile of slimes. The plot had me emotionally invested and at times the story/characters were motivation enough and got me ready to get revenge on a boss. The Greygnarl cutscene STILL gives me goosebumps. Akira Toriyama did a damn good job! The music for the game is pretty memorable, too.

If you've never had a ds before, does that mean you've never had a Nintendo handheld before?

No, this is my first time with nintendo consoles. That why I asking for recommendations. Like I said, I'm maniac about jRPGs so I want to try how much I can. Now I will sure buy those. Money are not a problem :P. I have still to play many other RPGs on PC but first I need to buy something stronger. After that, maybe in next month I want to buy Switch to. I really need to play this new Zelda. Oh, and Splatoon looks awesome. So, I have something to play. If ou have any other recommedations I will hear and see :D

Fire Emblem Awakening was a pretty popular 3ds rpg that lives up to it's praise! I liked being able to have "support conversations" between characters that developed them further (but also gave them greater stat boosts when they fought alongside each other). It was fun to get characters married to each other, especially when you get a new unit as a result! By marrying off certain characters, you gain new characters with varied stats, abilities, and possible classes. The cartridge has 3 different save files, so you can test out different marriages and see which couples you like the most - your character can marry other characters too! But the music was amazing, the plot kept things interesting, and the variety of classes made your party different than your friends' parties (especially since you can have characters switch classes). If you like it at all, other 3ds Fire Emblem games like Fates or Echoes might be fun for you! The game is a mix of strategy and rpg though.
If you like strategy games at all I'd also recommend Lock's Quest! Instead of moving characters to fight the enemy, you play as one boy who can build and repair walls, turrets and traps to protect areas (along with physically fighting the enemy). The plot wasn't as interesting as other games on the list, but I feel like the gameplay made up for it. Ninja Town was a fun strategy game to pick up - it barely had a plot but it definitely had a sense of humor (Business Ninja is the best ninja ever) and it's worth the $6 price I see all over amazon right now.

Even though it's not an rpg, you should give the Nintendo Badge Arcade a try! It's a free crane machine game where you can easily win "badges" that are essentially stickers to decorate your home screen with!
