Making a Master Chief Helmet

Last night started cutting out all the parts. Sorry if the photos are sideways, I'll try to take them landscape from here on out :)

Going on a 4 hour road trip to the beach, should have everything cut out by the end of it. Hoping to start gluing tomorrow :)

Starting to glue. Got most of the top done, will hopefully have most of it glued tonight once we get back from the beach :)

Entire top part is done, will try to finish the sides and bottom tomorrow before the 4hr drive back home. If I don't, then I have all day Monday to play with it :)

Finished gluing! Gonna go check my fiberglass supplies and see if I can do a layer tonight. *Edit Am low on fiberglass and bondo, so will head to the store in the morning. My step granddad used some of it without me knowing lol Also need more rubber gloves and throw away brushes.

Got most of the supplies I need, will grab more sandpaper later when I need it. Also need to find my primer paint... It's here somewhere... About to do the first layer of fiberglass. Edit* Wel I'm going to be delayed half an hour at least. Pissed off some yellow jackets and got stung by one. Going to have to wait them out then grab my stuff from the shed and move it to the garage.
