I won it for ¥1,850 (around $18 USD) off Yahoo Auctions Japan but shipping was $60 to USA. Worth it. These usually go for about $90 without the box. I always wanted to get this when I got my Sega Saturn. I suck with arcade sticks but gonna learn. I have a converted Virtua Stick for the original Xbox too. It was called the "X Fighting Stick".
