What is "nice and caring?

Well I've seen some confusion here. 1 you can be nice and do things with the idea of getting the same level of deeds done back to you as your treating someone how you want to be treated which is fair. 2 if your trying to be nice then that means your adding an extra level of kindness which is what a lot of people do and think truly nice guys/women do but a true nice guy/women you'd know that this is a default level of kindness and that they are not really adding any extra. 3 if you are very nice and kind but wonder why you get put down or taken for a rid then it's fair to ask and lots of the time it's new people that will do this to you. I never let the same person abuse my kindness but I always give new people the benefit of the doubt becasue I want them to do the same for me. 4 Humans work for goods or an exchange of a similar caliber so to be nice and want nice back is fare as you have set the default for them. 5 Humans are mostly predators and will seek for any way to get free or easy advantages. They will abuse kindness or people that they view to be weaker or less likely to fight them. They don't want a real fight so they look for kind people. A lot of people that are successful are people that don't care aka psychopaths they will do what ever it takes. 6 I don't think it's as clear or simple to tag friend zoned people so easy as there just egoed up and inexperienced. I've known a bunch of people that never dated before or had an ego problem and got girls all the time. I'd say that it's a mixed bag and I'm sure a few people it's do to low dating numbers, ego, the girl/boy wanting an easy way to say no, they really just like being friends, they like someone else, and etc. 7 you will most likely have to go a long time with little to no relationships and be in your late years before you get someone unless you change into someone that women genetically find attractive and become a cuck. I'm not going to tell you bull shit and say your'll find one and shit no sir ur going to be alone for a long time and worst case scenario you die alone. I hope your the oldest in your family so at least some family members are around for your end if not then well idk. Hope for the best and expect the worst man.

To be kind, gentle and understanding towards the people you care for and to take their feelings into account at all times. At the same time you shouldn't let people use you as a door mat - you should also care for yourself and stand up for yourself and what you believe in.

quid pro quo. Ultimate equality and fairness. Unwarranted generosity and kindness is always suspect and almost always involves some double standard. @Kawa Excellent TL;DR Saved me wading through all the hot air.
