How hot does a person have to be

I fall deeply for personalities. Looks don't matter at all to me, they never have. Once I'm in love they are the most attractive human I have ever met and nobody can compare. That's just how my mind works I guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I can't agree. Maybe that sets a red flag that marks me as a bit more of a degenerate in some peoples' eyes, but to me both personality and looks are important. I'm not sayin' "Oh-ho, 12/10 or better only, less than that then gtfo", THAT would be a completely selfish, conceited and garbage thing to say. For instance, hotness doesn't really matter to me, but cuteness does! I'd like to maybe date someone adorable who I can squeeze tightly forever like some crazy person. Personality-wise, I'd prefer a quiet, chill homebody who doesn't like drama. Of course, I'd never expect someone like that (who happens to like me too) to just fall into my life, and no one else should wait for that perfect date either. Compromises are almost always necessary, and a working relationship should result in two people who love each other for exactly who they are, both mentally and physically. That takes time. ^_^ If you ask me, personality is by far more important, but if two people are also turned on by the way their partner looks, it'll grow their chemistry exponentially, resulting in a happier relationship, and thus a happier life.

Hell yeah it matters. If I can't look at you without feeling anything towards you, it just won't work at all(Of course it depends on whether they were like this before or after the relationship. Accidents for instance, I wouldn't hold against the person.) But taking care of yourself, Exercising, and personal hygiene, all very important things that says just as much about your personality as it does your looks. Now that's not saying I have a list that, goes, You must have these things to be attractive. And perhaps it's the primitive animal part of my brain that I am not enlightened enough to ignore, But it's true. I'd expect the same from another, I mean can you think of a unattractive person getting with someone and then finding out they are ugly to them, even if it's just physical? That shit would suck I'm sure. And everyone is attractive to someone out there. Just not to me, and that's fine. Of course personality matters more, You can be a 20/10, but that won't make you worth dating if you're an utter bitch, or asshole. Personality also makes someone more attractive for sure. It's not really one or the other, I find both important to an extent, Mind and Body, we work in tangent and both have needs, I accept. But that's coming from The Biggest Bastard on MO Sooo take my words with a grain of salt XD.
