and actually, on a website like this it is not protected by the constitution this is a privately owned website, not government owned

Its a good litmus test for freedom anyway. But you're right Lamby. Your being banned for being an ass here wouldn't be denying any rights.

Maybe stop shoving your opinions down people's throats and trying forcing them to try and think like you we all have opinions and most of us keep them to our self's so we can avoid conflict and if we do say something or disagree we have mature peacefull debate

Oy Vey. The first amendment doesn't protect you on private websites goy. Guess you'll just have to deal with selective enforcement of rules. At least now you can know what it feels like to be persecuted like us poor Jews or those poor black that don't so nuffin wrong.

Don't really know what's the issue here but yes, you do have freedom of speech however there's a line. You are free to say anything but if things escalated, then it falls under harassment. You are free to express your thoughts and dislikes but pushing forward can lead to harassment. As for myself, I freely and strongly express my thoughts and dislikes but understands there's a line. I simply share it along with reason and move on. Anyone replies to me regarding my posts, I simply reply back if I feel there's a good discussion but of course, no aggression. I do use vulgar terms here and there but as a humor for only me. The point is, share your thoughts, your dislikes and move on rather than pushing it. It seems you've failed to do so since you've been banned twice as of now. Regarding your name, by logic, you are bannable. If you weren't, you're account(s) wouldn't be banned now, would it? Anyone can install a VPN and bypass a ban filter. Here are the rules: http://maiotaku.wikia.com/wiki/First_timers

https://i.imgflip.com/10b59k.jpg As soon as a website starts clamping down on free speech, it dies. Look at MySpace, and now Twitter. It is not a good business decision to clamp down on free speech. You say I am the one pushing agendas... but its perfectly fine for people like Lamby to post her Arguments in forums. Its Blatant Hypocrisy how i am being silenced for having a differing opinion, and being labelled 'hate speech' as an attempt to stop me criticising something. The fact is, YOU TAKE OFFENSE TO ME CRITICISING SOMETHING, and you want me gone so you can live in your safespace. If you truly wanted to debate me Maturely, you would do so instead of crying and hitting the report button.

I like how you classify my rebuttles as harassment when i have never taken an argument to someones wall, and everything is maintained within the forum

This site isn't congress and freedom of speech isn't freedom from consequences. That includes the consequence of people shunning you for whatever issue they have about your opinions.

Well, I am not here often therefore I'm just putting a thought on what I see and think. I'm not going to go detective and dig threads. Since you've gotten banned, obviously it escalated. I never said anything about pushing "agendas". I'm just saying pushing as in you just keep going at it even after getting banned. Just state your disagreement and move on. Done. Criticism is okay but sadly, some people do a poor job at it. Again, I just said whatever you're pushing can lead to harassment. Never said it is, it just can be if it continues.
