Is NewCon really that bad? I've never been, so I don't know.

Well then...is the con itself any good? I think it must be worth something if people are willing to make a fake payment site for it.

I'm thinking about going but going alone and how the solo people meet ups in previous years were total fails I'm not feeling thrilled about it.

From a friend of mine he told me about all of the shady business practices the person that owns the con, and the con's PayPal account goes directly to him. The person is in a steep amount of debt for him it is like a huge set of mountains is how bad his debt really is.

I'm going alone, and if anything, I'll probably meet other people that like me or want a few pictures...if I'm that lucky. Otherwise, I'm probably gonna hang around the CCG, Karaoke, and Arcade rooms.

I'm going with a few friends, but I am also doing my own thing as well. I usually do my own thing while at the con, and since the food court at the mall is gone, I won't be leaving con grounds at all. I may either be staying with friends at their hotel room, or I will be taking the bus back home depending on my work schedule that weekend.

I'm gonna be taking the earliest bus there. It'll be a bitch waking up that early, but one very well worth it. Only downside is I'll have to leave in the afternoon, due to church on thursday and friday, but what can you do?
