Thoughts on War

I am curious about people thoughts on war. For me, I think war sometime is necssary, but other times I think it's useless. For example: WW1 was a pointless war, because no one gain nothing from it. WW2 was necssary due to one guy wanted to control a whole continet anotjer join in for no reason and the other wanted to unite a continet under one rule.

i dont believe war should be fought through violence and i dont believe humans were ment to kill (IE ptsd) war is simply the rich calling the poor to do there bidding

@Lamny I agree with you on that. Humans shouldn't kill, but most of time violence is necessary even if you don't want to. What I mean is just fight them but don't kill them unless they are trying to kill you. Like they saying goes "Through violence is dangerous, you must do it to protect your love ones, even if it's to kill."

the problem is the ones who declare war are never the ones who fight fun war fact, since the advent of guns casualties have actually gone down, because with guns we had less or a pressure to kill during battle generals would have to go down the line and hit soldiers to make them fire

war is pointless. you fight over land that doesnt belong to you. you fight over resources that everyone needs equally. at the end of the day nothing good comes out of it, nothing is gained. people in africa are still starving, global warming is still an issue, over population is still an issue, cancer is still an issue. rather than put a bunch of people to kill each other why not work together to solve problems that will eventually wipe us all out anyway.

To be fair, most of the ones who declare war can't go because of they have a disability, most of them should've actually fought. If I was a leader of country and then declare war, I would actually go and fight because people depend on the leader to protect them.

Too Kawaii bish that is true too. In fact, no land in the rule belong to no one at all. I wish war will end but no matter but due to people ignorance they never want to see the obvious answer. Honestly, we suck.

War exists for higher companies' and big corporations' needs and desires. War is a business. Maybe to us is pointless, damaging, stupid but remember we are just dirt in the eyes of the powerful ones. Whatever you have to do in order to own what you've got and more. The same goes for sicknesses, diseases, marketing, altered goods, etc.

Good point @mariahaise. Another reason why war starts. What sucks is that so many people die for people who don't appreciate them. Like the Harlem Hell Fighter weren't appreciate at home but the French appreciate them.
