Hate when your anime or manga become popular?

I don't care when an anime I like gets really popular. More episodes is just a good thing. ;) Go watch Made In Abyss and buy lots of their merchandise! The problem I have is more with already overpopular shows. I'm thinking "there's so many tards watching it, it can't be THAT good..." That's what I thought about Rick and Morty and I really enjoyed it. I'm still unsure if I want to watch Game of Thrones because of it's popularity.

I hate when that happens as well because it happened a lot and it's not always a good thing especially when they were already popular but not to the level where they could get a sequel or get another anime.... Kind of like Hunter x Hunter and Jojo's bizarre adventures got popular when they aren't that good in my opinion when there are so many animes that deserve sequels and so many manga that deserve so much more publicity than types like those two... I can even 10 manga off the top of my head that deserve more publicity and I can name five anime that are not on Crunchyroll that deserve more publicity and also a sequel.
