Replying to your (r a n d o m) one from yesterday. If you don't get it, never feel pressured to try it or experiment. Go with your gut on that. Demisexuality is very real to me. I don't experience attraction in a typical sense. I can appreciate looks on an aesthetic level, but very rarely do I feel a sense of attraction to anyone based on looks alone. In fact, I have found voices more attractive than looks, before. I need to feel connections to people for intimacy, emotional or intellectual.

Maybe this why I enjoy dubbed anime so much. The voice actors. I also find the OG/subs difficult to watch because Japanese voice actors have a tendency to go very shrill.
