Velcro shoes? I wore those before until I could tie my shoes.... I don't want to say when I learned how to tie....

I can remember velcro shoes. I remember being made fun of for not knowing how to tie my shoes. Well I knew damn well how to tie my shoes, I didn't feel like doing it.

I knew a 5th grader who couldn't tie his shoes and he was like 6ft tall. He probably got his ass handed to him in middle school.

I learned to tie my shoes because my Kindergarten teacher wrote a letter to my parents saying she would not allow me to pass on to the 1st grade in good conscience if I didn't learn to by the end of the year.
