The fluoride concentration is higher in poorer communities, some say it’s to calm people down. Considering that’s one of its effects.

i disagree with this because in poorer communities the pipes are super old and tend to still have lead in them, which is known to make people aggatated
because prison is basically legal slavery i think its more profitable for the government to keep the poor mad, but weak
