have you seen it?! the movie was amazing!! ....until the end.... the end was hot garbage water BUT THE BEGINNING! THE MIDDLE!! THE MONSTERS! THE SCARES!! how could you shit on a movie that practices practical effects?!? even the shittiest monster was used with a mocap suit and was a real contorsionist!!! the scares were 100% on point and as someone who read the books as well as a kid I believe it did it a great service. until the end. just stop with the headless monster and its a 10/10 scary ass film (and when it doesn't scare, it unsettles)

oohhh i agree on this, found footage is the perfect scary movie genre the best way to scare someone is to have immersion, its the key to a scare landing (and why cgi monsters never land scares) have you watched Quarentine? american and Italian?

If it's found footage I've seen it But I don't think I've seen that Idk I binge watch horror sometimes no matter how cheesy Lamby this doesn't make me feel though But I enjoy horror movies so this conflicting

waaattcchh iiittt its a rare found footage where the events with the camera feel really organic and not "wtf are you doing?" its so hard to find a good found footage though, do you have any recommendations? also have you seen hereditary? its on par with babadook with amazing mama craziness hhhmmm do you not feel alive, or more so you feel hollow inside?

I don't think I've seen hereditary But I have like 3 I'd recommend you've probably seen them Grave encounters (I just liked the premise) The pyramid (like 2 or 3 years old not great, still worth a watch cause good found footage) Afflicted (vampire shits)
