Tapioca pudding is great! It's not bad if you have the sweet noodle pudding. That stuff is actually good. However there is like this nightmare version of it that is super oily and greasy and not the good kind of greasy either. No sweetness at all, just lard baked noodles and onions for no reason. I always ask myself why when I see that version of it. I have too many memories of bad food for every holiday from burned brisket to chicken matzo ball soup... minus the chicken since it was being reused for a roast. Growing up Jewish was strange XD
