Well, I'm 3rd generation American. My great grandparents were Portuguese. The U.S. was built on immigrants. We have every right to be here as anyone else. Not to mention I'm European American and most of my ancestors came from the U.K. I will speak Spanish as much as I like, and if anyone has problem with that, then tough. As far as racial stereotypes go, they are dumb.
