One of the first question that he asked her was how she was making money. Work around is to legally give the channel to someone living in an unsanctioned country. Then that person transfers the money to her. So in her case. She has a friend living in Spain. She monetizes as if she was living in Spain. Her friend in Spain then sends her the money to Cuba.
