@reimisan The secret lies in what you eat and how much of it you eat. Exercise is also really important since muscle is 3x heavier than fat. Personally my daily calorie intake per day is 3500 which is 1000 more than what it should be. But yeah its all according to your BMI and how active you are

@reimisan We are a literally in the exact same boat, everyone in my family is thin af lol. How much do yo eat per day? Did you ever calculate the amount of calories you take in? Is it mostly carbs or do you include protein and fat in your diet too?

@reimisan Stop eating sugary food. Cake contains a lot of calorie and so does meat. But is good and cake isn't. Eat more carbs and protein and stay way from sugary food.

@reimisan Calories matter lots, what works for me is being consistent with what I eat and when I eat. I'm sure there are lots of fitness freaks out there that will tell you the same thing. It is hard but its not impossible smol bean
