Mushoku Tensei is one of my favorite Isekai LNs, it has a manga adaption too but it's still pretty new and hasn't gotten to the good stuff yet. Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari AKA Rise of The Shield Hero or simply "Shieldbro" is good too. It's actually getting an anime adaption soon too. Uhhhh, Re:Monster was pretty interesting at first before it turned into an OP gary stu type of power fantasy. I had the same issue with Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou too. If you're in the mood for some real edgy nothin personell-level isekai, there's Dungeon Seeker too :v My favorite one as of right now is Tanaka the Wizard though. I hate that I eat up everything this oversaturated genre shits out. >_>

Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shite shimatta is a pretty good isekai comedy manga. If you need any more recommendations let me know I have a ton of isekai manga I'm reading.

Vision of Escaflowne was a good series, though it has been years since I watched it so might have nostalgic feelings for it. 12 kingdoms which Enki mentioned is really good. I Reincarnated Into a Vending Machine. This one is odd, different and somehow intrigued me when I read the translated parts at one point.
