Devil Man Crybaby has an awesome soundtrack. I would also say Cowboy Bebop, Steins;Gate, and Samurai Champloo. Also Gurren Lagann.

Anything by Key truly but, to point out which ones, Clannad and Little Busters. They're extremely well put together, as are the other visual novels by Key. They're fantastic and I highly suggest them to anyone who can take some emotional tolls. (Little Busters more of a VN, not the anime as much to be honest) If I had to choose outside of it, I honestly really like Chobits.

Key; I've always loved the OSTs for Clannad. DRRR, Noragami, One Punch man. Free, Yuri on ice. However, I adore the sound track from Junjou romantica and K Project. https://youtu.be/n4hd-N-mW8Q

I like a lot of Joe Hisashi who did Ghibli soundtracks for a long time. Clannad and After Story Bleach openings and endings At the moment I really love the Your Name soundtrack.
