Opinions on scent/fragrances

For a short while I used Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit de L'Homme. Before that I used Calvin Klein Obsession and I currently use Calvin Klein Dark Obsession. I loved the YSL bottle and the scent was ok but not really what I wanted. Calvin Klein just seems cheaper, I like scent better although it doesn't seem as refined.

This is a great topic. I'm a huge perfume fan myself. The OP is right in believing it was probably the cologne... I've had similar experiences to the one you described. One user before mentioned One Million by Paco Rabanne and that's an extremely popular one among girls (very sweet, like candy). I've read about girls liking One Million but the bottle is so tastelessly gaudy. I'm curious about Sauvage but the local mall was sold out when I checked recently. I've heard lots of good things about the Creed line, particularly Aventus and Green Irish Tweed. Also the Tom Ford line if you have enough money. Burberry Touch is popular too and Spicebomb by Viktor and Rolf.

Insurrection Pure 2 is a $20 Creed Aventus clone. It smells identical. Spicebomb is too powerful for my tastes. Sauvage is really good too but I get tired of the smell after a few hours. Green Irish Tweed smells just like Irish Spring soap. It's great for any occasion wear but I wouldn't use it at a bar or night event. Tres Nuit by Armaf is a $25 clone of GIT if you're interested

Axe is best choice if you're trying to bang teen girls or college freshman, but if you want a real woman and not a girl, get a real cologne.
