RACISM

It will keep happening :) there are two ways to stop this 1. Completely and utterly ignore us and communicate as if we have no communication - render no claims or status against us 2. I've explained the other way at nauseum - cowardice and willful ignorance block you from knowing this option (Or a mod shuts the forum down)

Mods can't shut threads down. Have an issue? Take it to sephi. Don't agree with someone on here? Ignore them and take your advice. It's clear that neither side is willing to relent. I'll give it to you napalm, you did try ( albeit with not so passive agression). Want to troll on? By all means, everyone please continue.

Absolutely right you are, kichi. I'll actually watch and answer as you've asked, when I get home. Soooo... In about an hour I'll edit this comment to reflect that. I may not be religious but Jesus is quoted as saying this when asked why he held company with tax collectors, A doctor does not come for the heald.(Broken down into simplistic terms.) (First: That video had a little ADD going on with everyone trying to talk at once, that almost made me give up. It turned out to actually be pretty good, past the initial not knowing how to politely wait to speak.) Rascism is a plague, I completely agree. What do we do about it? Stand up, make noise and let it be known that there is a disease that needs to be cured. Yes, racism is here in America and I think many proudly represent it without even realising what they are doing or how it's affecting everyone, including themselves. We are brought into this world in cultures that we had no control over, but now that we are here, what's next? Change, acceptance of others and realizing that the whole system was set up in favor of certain groups and it still oppresses those who'd otherwise seek change (If they were taught they could change.). However, understanding is the first step towards the cure. What's the cure? You, me and everyone. We are told and tell everyone we're different,but are we? Some think thier intelligence is an indication of being better than average, some think sex is, some think ethnicity, some think religion...etc Wanna know the truth? None are. I was born and you were born of the same, humanity. What makes one better is how they handle themselves and what positive things they bring. How many people are still taught by media that minorities are a problem? How many are taught that they aren't the problem, but should instead be the solution? (Rhetorical) What should be done to people who are "deemed" racist? Educate, educate, educate. Make it known that the behavior is not correct or good for the well being of anyone. I suppose it really depends on the situation and the kind of racism. Free speech is one of our rights, even if it's hate speech. It's when it incites physical or otherwise criminal behavior, that it becomes a legal issue.(Outside of discriminatory practices in places IE water fountains, restaurants, hotels...etc or work, of course.). I believe that racism should be pointed out rather than just the fact that a certain group( ethnicity) people(skin color) are racist by default. Racism in of it's self should be illegal, but again, you're allowed to belive as you wish. As for if I think it should be treated like a disease or badge of (dis) honor? Unequivocally, I believe it to be a badge of dishonor. However, racism is the problem, not people. Change what people are taught and you'd be surprised how they themselves change. As mentioned in the video, these things do not happen over night, but without taking a stand and becoming a beacon of hope, you'll never see change, only dissent.

Manipulating.... oh if you even knew ;) I can argue Ive contributed in multiplicitly valuable discourse and information. You can act like an intolerant coward and that is all. Ive even told him how to stop me but the coward cant and he must know it. Its one thing to be up for a fight or conflict its another to be looking for it. Ive mentioned to at least one or two people exactly how you would react before you reacted and proved me right. Check and mate :)
