I don't know the full data off the top of my head but I do know overall the law is much more lenient on women then men. There may be some specific categories where there isn't much of a difference or one that favors men. Violent crime (off the top of my head) is the most notably lenient toward women other than child custody. What about the women who after birthing the child - use the child as some sort of bargaining chip or means of imposing leverage on the father ? Feminism is pretty silent on this issue (they're pretty damn silent on the problems women cause men as a whole - that equality right?)
