Let's just say rape is wrong no matter what okay? xD The justice system is pretty fucked for several reasons, but mostly false accusation and identifications simply just happen because people's memories are just not a reliable source of evidence. The most reliable source obviously would be fluid samples, but most people don't really know the term rape kit and choose to not report rape until its waaay too late. It's somewhat society and the media's fault for making the victims seem like attention hogs, but to get the right people to get convicted you must have proof. Now I guess people can buy their way out, but that's how our society is built and that just sucks, and we can't do much about it but well.. vote and express our opinions to the government honestly.

Not to lend credence to sexists but in fairness to those men the mere act of bringing up men's issues is often treated as anti-woman. There was a group meeting a few years back of men discussing male issues (paternity court, abuse, suicide prevention and so on). The event was interrupted by feminists, fire alarms were pulled and people were shouting in protest without even hearing these men out. One man was going there because his brother committed suicide and he wanted support. He was met with an angry feminist calling him a scumbag and asking cops to arrest him just for being there. That kind of thing happens a lot. Hell even in everyday conversation I see it. Doesnt excuse being sexist to women. Just saying that emparhy is not a zero sum game. You can care about both men and womens issues. Fight your bias and look at the opposing side

Don't do as much sick stuff? Let me reiterate, a woman is much more likely, almost 100% so to recieve a lighter sentence for the EXACT same crime as a man. And i would argue that perception that women are not as atrocious in their deeds fuels that attitude. Its a self fulfilling prophecy
