A conservative SCOTUS scares me less than a liberal one. Sure as stupid and a disgrace as Citizens United is a few Court opinions Ive read gone a liberal way are even worse and questionable decisions more plentiful. American law by its foundation is conservative. The founding principle Stare Decisis which basically means do what has been done in the past is inherentlu conservative. This isnt to say that no precedents should be overturned but is worth noting. One of the biggest reasons I voted Trump was to avoid 1-4 liberal justices as a liberal SCOTUS will shit on the Constitution if it fits their agenda
