I don't have anything to talk about-desu. I just wanted to say that I like this idea and wholly endorse it-desu.

Hmm...I think I posted in another thread about how someone I was talking to online said that I couldn't help them anymore. They wanted that person irl to be there for them, to smack them when they are bad, to push them when they quit, to wipe their tears and motivate them everyday. It came as an eye opener for me at that point. Honestly I'm not sure what to do in that case, but if supportive words here are enough to help someone then its worth it. But my best advice for those seeking help in general is to reach your family and closest friends first before coming here. Opinion being said,
@fran, how I dealt with my cousin's suicide was eventually just getting over it. Remembering the good things about him, and telling myself I have to live on for his sake too and sinking alone ain't gonna do that for him. In the case of your still living relative, see them every chance you get and helping them live with no regrets could help you have no regrets and lingering feelings if they are truely leaving. Hmm...the keyword is: Live. And for people you know who do pass on, live with a bit of their good values that they taught you in your experiences, it'll make you feel pride that you had met them and that they live on in you (experiences, friendships, bonds, cannot be taken away from you).
@Teacup, thats a tough one..all i have are suggestions: just get out, talk more and more(especially friends), "don't think" and just focus on things like exercise or practicing something to get your mind off ur own eery thoughts, try surrounding yourself with things that made you happy before and maybe just one of those things can light up your day. Set a goal, any goal, and perhaps working towards that accomplishment can help slowly fade out bad thoughts? Aight M.O. Guys, help us out here!
