I'll throw you a curve ball and say you should get Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. It was one of the best games I played for the 3DS. I also like Kid Icarus: Uprising. If you're mainly on the lookout for RPGs, Dragon Quest VII and VIII are on the way for the system (already out in Japan).

i will keep that in mind but i havent played the previous dragon quest games :3

Think Dysnasty warriors but through Legend of Zelda. i see i remember when it first came out and seen the trailer for it it really ogt my attention so i will check it out xD

I've got the Wii U version of that one, and it's a lot of fun. I do have one recommendation if you're going to get that though: get the NEW 3DS XL, because the original 3DS apparantly has bad frame drop issues and lag with Hyrule Warriors (unless they've since patched it). I love Dragon Quest, but even I've only beaten four games out of the series. They're generally pretty slow paced. Honestly, since I know you have a PS2, I would suggest picking up VIII on the cheap for it and seeing what you think.
