I'm not a big fan of raw meat. For that very reason. I'm not a big fan of sushi either. As some sushi is eaten raw. Big nope for me. If the meat isn't properly washed. Then you could get sick. I like it cooked.

@alephy my favorite rolls have cooked meat. I wouldn't even say raw dominates, at least not in the US.

The exact reason I will only eat sushi either my girlfriend made or if it's from a nice place. And nice places don't exist here so it's only one option
