How much time should you wait before having sex with your partner?

Whenever everyone involved is ready. Could be a week,a month,a year,a second, just depends on people in question. It's probably a decent enough time to pop the question to your partner if he/she wants to once you're at the point where your both "fooling around" with each other.

Personally, wouldn't hurt to ask first. If you're comfortable enough with that person then go for it, just make sure they feel the same way. No one's forcing you to have sex on the first day, but if both of you agree then I see no problem. It's only a problem if you do it by force or pressuring someone into sex.

The best time to have sex is when both parties are ready and willing. No point rushing into something as big (or small) as sex. Everyone is different on their views and willingness for sex. Some see it is sacred while others see it as a natural part of the relationship. Both parties have to know and respect where the other stands.
