Neko essentially nailed it. Suffer in silence. I had feelings for someone for over a decade. Missed what could have been one opportunity but was too afraid to take it and then lost her forever.

Forget they exist. T_T Being around someone like that would be toxic.

Thats pretty much one-sided love XD not much you can do about it tbh. You should just move on. Being around thay person all the time wont help you much so I ts better tp cut all ties unless your 100% sure you can get over them

You know you can just like someone, ask them if they like you back, they say no, you move the fuck on. And by fuck on, you know what I mean ;)

Don't get caught up in that "coulda', shoulda', woulda'" stuff. I speak from experience on this. I did it to myself many times in the past and it will literally drive you crazy.
The way I look at it now is that I would have been much more miserable being with someone who didn't want to be with me. There is no "perfect" thing you could have done in that "one" situation (it always feels like there was this single, solitary opportunity, doesn't it?) to make them care about you in the way you wanted (and if you could do that, would you really want to be that manipulative?) Either they'll reciprocate or they won't, and it's how you respond to it that makes all the difference.
Not saying that to discourage you, but just in the hopes that you won't put yourself through needless worry and stress over someone who obviously didn't expend the same energy on you, and thus doesn't deserve whatever affections you'd give them.
But who am I kidding? I was told the same thing a billion times too before I finally hit rock bottom and I had to come to the conclusion for myself. Now I don't regret anything and just accept that whatever comes is simply the way it's supposed to be, and I get to choose whether to be happy, sad, or indifferent about it.
At this point I'm pretty sure you're thinking, "Man, this guy sure rambles on," so Im'ma shut up now. :P

Like quite a few people, have first-hand experience.
Best thing to do (logically) would be to get over them as quickly as possible.
But since emotions are hard to rationalize, it typically ends up like this:
