Random thoughts...

Am I doomed with the past repeating itself. Every single time. All the god damn time. I am so done. So tired. I want to claw my face off, rip all my body fat away and sleep. Undisturbed. For... Ever. I... want to be angry and a bit anxious but I am just getting numb.

Where the he k would I find them. It is winter here. At night. In the city. I only saw a squirrel once and it freaked me out. But thanks for the idea anyway. Until I got home I practiced some breathing exercises and afterwards just emptied my mind on here and with the use of YT. I am ready to wash this day off just to start again tomorrow.

Gordon Lightfoot It's got to be tough living in an urban environment without the means to escape to the outside world. I can't imagine living in an environment where the only life form would be other humans.

Toronto does have plenty of green belts. Detroit can be scary though--blocks and blocks of overgrown fields where there used to be neighborhoods.

hearing about cold noodles being eaten always seemed pretty gross but my udon got cold and its still pretty yummy.....
